25G DWDM SFP28 10Km Tunable Transceiver

3CT-SFP28-XX-LR DWDM Tunable transceiver, also known as 25G DWDM Tunable SFP28 10km Transceiver, is SFP28 tunable module for duplex optical data communications, supporting up to 25.78Gb/s. The 25G tunable DWDM products, with 100GHz channel spacing, support 48 channels (191.3~196.0THz) wavelength adjustment. It is also with the SFP28 20-pin connector to allow hot plug capability. Digital diagnostic functions are available via an I2C. It has built-in clock and data recovery (CDR). This module is designed for single-mode fiber.

3CT-SFP28-XX-LR is a high performance, cost effective modules, which is supporting Multi Rate 9.8304 Gbps to 25.78125Gbps, and transmission distance up to 15km on SM fiber. The transceiver consists of two sections: The transmitter section incorporates a laser driver and a DSDBR TTOSA. The receiver section consists of a PIN integrated with a transimpedance preamplifier (TIA) and a Limitting Amplifier. The module is hot pluggable into the 20-pin connector. The high-speed electrical interface is base on low voltage logic, with nominal 100Ohms differential impedance and AC coupled in the module.
